How do I request a prescription?
 
 

New prescriptions and prescription renewals should be requested at the time of your appointment.  If you must call for a prescription at another time, you will need to leave your request on our "prescription hotline".  The hotline is monitored and requests are made to the providers daily.  Our providers are in the operating room several times a week; therefore, it may take up to 72 hours for a prescription request to be addressed.  This is why we strongly encourage you to handle these requests at your scheduled appointment time.  Follow up calls to the office about your prescription should be avoided unless the 72 hour timeline has passed.
